Registered clients have access to the full eTest battery which consists of a vocabulary test, a deductive reasoning assessment, and a personality inventory. Clients also have access to multiple reporting formats. The Interview Guide is the hiring manager's report, which includes a detailed analysis of the candidate, targeted interview probes, and scale comparisons. An optional Development Report, which can be provided to the candidate for self-development, is also available, along with a variety of optional add-on reports.
